How Soon Should I Request an Exchange?
If you wish to request an exchange, please send us an email within 24 hours of receiving your package. Include your order number, and please attach an unboxing video. The video should be uncut and unedited, starting from the moment you open the mailing package and clearly showing the defect or issue with the product. This is important for verifying the return request. Any breach of this policy may result in rejection of the request.
Return/Exchange Process:

If your return is approved, you will need to ship the product back to us within 48 hours of receiving the approval.
